For a place as busy as this place is, the service does not suffer! It's top notch, everyone is friendly, and does a great job! They even try to help move things along quicker during a rush by coming to your car in the drive-thru line and taking your order ahead of time! Restaurant is clean and lively! Even during a busy rush, every staff member moved with purpose, kept things clean, and ensured orders flowed out smoothly. Special shoutout to Faith, one of the managers on duty who clearly runs a tight ship. You could see her leadership reflected in how well the team handled the crowd with professionalism and warmth. “ I almost never give 5 stars to fast food places but Chick Fil A is no regular fast food place! Now I see why this place was lined up for months! Their kitchen is a well-oiled machine, maintaining efficiency and productivity that is not seen at any other fast food place. They call you by name, not a number. They don't nickel & dime you for extra sauces - they give you as much as you need! They actually have a paper holder with your sandwich in case you have dirty hands. The lettuce is a healthy crisp green, not soggy and limp! Their ketchup packets can only be described as premium. They have not once gotten my order wrong and the one time that my order took longer than normal, they gave me gift cards for free desserts, mac & cheese, and a free cookie! I am so impressed by the service, quality, and overall wow factor by this place, I make it a point to grab dinner there at least once a week! ”
